POKE is specially produced for use in film, television, radio, advertising and new media.
It is strictly for professional use only and is NOT copyright free.
POKE for the UK and Eire:
A valid licence must be obtained before the production is broadcast, distributed or exploited in any way. This can be obtained through PRS for Music Production Music (formerly MCPS) who issue licences and invoices on our behalf in the UK or IMRO in Ireland.
To apply for a licence, see the latest rate card or get a quote visit www.prsformusic.com/users/productionmusic or www.imro.ie/music-users/mcpsi/production-music/.
When applying for a licence you complete one application per production no matter how many tracks you use or from what PRS for Music Production Music source you obtain them. To do this you will need the following information; track name, CD code, track number, composer names, library name and duration for each individual music cue. Once you have made your application you will receive a licence and subsequently an invoice from PRS for Music. If you need help or further information you can also call us on 01483 267000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
POKE for outside the UK and Ireland:
Please contact the appointed agent in that territory directly or if you do not know who that is, contact Boost Music on +44 (0)1483 267000 or email email@example.com.
